We are floating better ways of creating software by combining powerful forces of opposing methodologies, learning from failures as much as successes, and discovering the primal conditions in which to do our work.

Through this we have come to value:

• Controlled chaos, over the chaos of control
• Developer sensibility, over maligned managerial opining
• Creativity in concreteness, over feigned freedom
• Pride of craft, over survival stories

That is, while the items on the right represent the current norm for many,
we wish to conjure a new reality based on the items on the left.
